i reallly dont know what i feel right now. I dont know if this is really stress, frustration or something else. i feel that i really dont deserved to a staff nurse or even deserving to be a nurse.

from time to time i have a lot of lapses during my 8 hour shift. Plotting, documentation, signing of meds, etc. i fear that my co-workers would hate me because of,my work. And i really dont like to be hated.

I just feel that i am really not that all out or i lack something that i couldnt describe or i lack something that everyone has.
